1. General Terms and Conditions

• This contract sets out your legal rights and conditions.
• You agree to use Wolfi’s Sport Trading B2B website (the “Website”) only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms & Conditions and any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.
• You specifically agree not to access or attempt to access the Website, or any portion thereof, through any automated means, including but not limited to the use of scripts or web crawlers. You agree that you will not engage in any activity that disrupts or otherwise interferes with the Website (or the servers and networks that are connected to the Website). You agree that you will not duplicate, reproduce, copy, sell, trade, or resell the Website for any purpose.
• You agree that you are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under these Terms & Conditions and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which Wolfi’s may suffer) of any such breach.
• Photos on the website are for illustration purposes only, to obtain an accurate description of any product and its details you should read the product description listed.

2. Terms of Service

• You will be required to register with Wolfi’s to access certain services or areas of the Site. Concerning any such registration, we may refuse to grant you the username you request. Your username and password are for your personal use only. If you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. In addition to all other rights available to Wolfi’s including those outlined in these Terms & Conditions, Wolfi’s reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your account, refuse service to you, or cancel orders.
• We may from time to time modify or change the Terms and Conditions. The revised Terms of Use will govern your future use of our Site and Service, so we strongly suggest that you visit and review our Terms of Use periodically. Each version is specifically dated. If you do not agree to the revised version, you must immediately stop using our Site and Service.
• If you are under the age of eighteen (18) years you cannot place orders with “Wolfi’s Sport Trading website”. By accepting these Terms of Use you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. Should “Wolfi’s Sport Trading B2B website” suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, Wolfi’s reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with “Wolfi’s Sport Trading B2B website”.
• In addition to these general terms and conditions, there are other important legal conditions concerning the Return policy and Cancellation policy. To agree on these general terms and conditions means your approval and your commitment to the return policy, which are all part of a legally binding contract between us and you. You must read these general terms and conditions and return policy carefully before buying anything from Wolfi’s Sport Trading B2B website.
• We reserve the right to change the general terms and conditions and return policy at any time. Any changes in terms and conditions will apply to all new orders after posting the changes on Wolfi’s Sport Trading B2B website. • We have the right at any time to modify, stop selling, stop services, sell any of our products, and stop online shopping temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice. In case our service stops after payment, we shall refund you, per the return policy- refund.
• It is your responsibility to ensure the confidentiality of your login and password, and all other data related to your account at all times. You agree to notify us as soon as you know about any suspected or presence of any risk to the security of your account.

3. Availability and Estimated Delivery Times

• Although we constantly check the accuracy of our stock and its compatibility with the physical inventory in our warehouse, errors may occur. If we discover any stock error with any product you ordered, we shall inform you as soon as possible.

4. Payment

• Payment for products from the website can only be made via card payments when the Product is ordered. Wolfi’s Sport Trading B2B Website can not accept any other form of payment other than Cash, Current Dated Cheque, or Bank Transfer. An additional 2.5% of the total invoice amount will be charged if you wish to pay using Bank Debit/Credit Cards.
• Our prices include statutory VAT of the UAE but are net of shipping costs.
• Should you wish your shipment to be arranged by our courier/forwarder, shipping costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges will be invoiced separately.
• If your delivery address is outside of the UAE, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your Wolfi’s order reaches your country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from the UAE.
• If you are using Bank Transfers, you should be aware that in some cases the banks may charge you for international transactions. Wolfi’s Sport Trading B2B Website is not responsible for any charges levied by banks.
• When you place an order for Products, Wolfi’s Sport Trading B2B Website collects certain personal and transactional information (e.g. name, address, email address). • Wolfi’s Sport Trading B2B Website accepts orders for Products subject to availability. If for any reason the Products you ordered are no longer available, your Accounts Manager will contact you using the contact details provided when placing the initial order and either:
• Offer you a (can)alternative Product of equivalent quality and price if (is) this is possible or;
• Cancel the product from your order and give you a full refund in respect of that product.
• If Wolfi’s is unable to contact you or receive a response from you, Wolfi’s will process any remaining Products on your order and refund you for the Products Wolfi’s was unable to supply.
• Wolfi’s Sport Trading B2B Website retains the legal title to any product supplied by us until the purchase price including VAT and shipping costs is met for such Product.

5. Returns and Exchange

• Returns and Exchange will only be issued once the Returns policy has been completed and complied with. Please see our Returns & Exchange Policy.

6. Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled at any time before they are prepared by our team, simply visit your account and follow the steps for a full refund. If the item has already been dispatched, then please see our returns policy.
• Once the order has been agreed upon and submitted you forgo the right to cancel the product/s if customized.

7. Governed law

• These Terms are governed by and construed per the laws in force in the UAE. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UAE.

8. User Reviews and Comments

• You agree to comply with all legal requirements of the jurisdiction in which you are located concerning your use of the Website and you acknowledge that you are entirely responsible for ensuring your familiarity with such requirements and your compliance with these requirements.
• Members can post comments, information, and other material (“User Content”) on the Website. You must not post User Content that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable or which denigrates any person or entity within the Website. You understand that the person who submits User Content is responsible for that User Content. In the same way, you are entirely responsible for the User Content that you make available to or through the Website. Wolfi’s is not liable for any User Content. Wolfi’s has the right (but not the obligation) to refuse, edit, or remove any User Content.
• Whilst Wolfi’s intends to refuse, edit, or remove any User Content that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable, Wolfi’s may not do so before you are exposed to such User Content. Please notify Wolfi’s if you find User Content that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable.
• Wolfi’s does not and cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of User Content. Additionally, Wolfi’s is not liable for any loss or damage that you suffer because of your use of or reliance on the User Content. User Content may not be accurate – please make your own inquiries before relying on any User Content.
• Once you submit User Content to the Website, you grant Wolfi’s a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use and modify the User Content in any way in all media. Amongst other things, it may be included within the Website.

9. Liability

• Wolfi’s will not be responsible for any losses you suffer as a direct result of Wolfi’s breaching these Terms even if these losses were reasonably foreseeable to both you and Wolfi’s at the time of the contract for the sale of Products by Wolfi’s to You was formed (which is formed at the time Wolfi’s sends the confirmation email to you). Wolfi’s will not be responsible to you or any Third Party for any business loss (including, but not exclusively, loss of revenue, profits, contracts, anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, data, or goodwill) or any other loss or damage which does not result directly from Wolfi’s actions or the actions of Wolfi’s sub-contractors or agents, is consequential or was not reasonably foreseeable to both You and Wolfi’s when the contract was formed.
• Any damage claims of the Customer based on obvious defects of the product are excluded from this if the damage is reported within 48 hours of the Customer receiving the product.
• Wolfi’s has no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time before the Products are dispatched.
• Wolfi’s liability to you under these Terms will not exceed the total price charged for the Products purchased. Nothing in these Terms excludes Wolfi’s liability to you for personal injury or death caused by Wolfi’s negligence.

10. Links to Third-Party Sites

• This Website may contain links to other websites. Wolfi's makes no representations or warranties as to any of the practices of any websites operated by a third party and Wolfi’s does not assume any responsibility for the content or practices of such websites. You should check the terms and conditions and privacy policies for all the third-party websites you visit to understand their procedures.
• Wolfi’s is not responsible for the safety of any information that You share with Third-Party providers who advertise on Wolfi’s or whose details we provide about all affiliated and unaffiliated websites.

12. Force Majeure

• Neither Party will be liable to the other under these Terms or any other agreements between the Parties, for any loss or damage which may be suffered by the other Party due to any cause beyond the first Party’s reasonable control including and without limitation; any act of God, exceptionally severe weather, failure or shortage of power supplies, extreme weather events, trade disputes, lock-outs, strike or other labor disturbance, the act or omission of government, war, riots, royal demise, military operations and acts of terrorism, etc…

13. Intellectual Property Rights

• The Website content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. Wolfi's retains all rights to such content. You are only permitted to access and use this Website for personal and non-commercial purposes.
• The Customer is not permitted to copy, broadcast, download, store, transmit, show or play in public, adapt or change in any way the content of these Wolfi’s pages for any other purpose whatsoever, in any medium, without the prior written and signed permission of Wolfi’s Sport Trading LLC.
• Wolfi’s is not responsible for any error or inaccuracies in any advertising or sponsorship material on the Website.

14. General Terms and Conditions for all Wolfi’s promotions and promotional vouchers

• Online use only
• Minimum spend required
• Wolfi’s reserves the right to end promotions at any time.
• Discount vouchers and promotions are only redeemable against in-stock items.
• Orders for out-of-stock items can not be accepted.
• Discount vouchers and promotions can not be used to purchase gift vouchers.
• Discount vouchers and promotions can not be used in conjunction with any voucher offer.
• These codes are single-use per account.
• Discount vouchers and promotions can not be applied retrospectively.
• Orders containing excluded brands are not valid for any promotion.
