Once your log in details are set, search for your store name and use it as the customer name.

Browsing Through the Website

Our website is integrated in our inventory system so the stock is live.

The products are grouped into Family and not per SKU for a more organized menu.

Price, Discount, VAT

The Price shown depends on your location.

RRP + Discounted Price - if you are outside UAE*

RRP + Discounted Price w/ VAT - if you are in the UAE

*we are continuously updating the pricing. So if you find an item without a discount price, just proceed and we will update the amount from the back end.

After Checkout

If it happens that an item/s cannot be found in the website, send an email to your Accounts Manager with the list of the items you need.

A separate order will be prepared for this if needed.

You will get a confirmation email with the final Invoice once the order is ready for pick up.
