Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and ordering at Wolfi's Sport Trading B2B portal. Check out our shipping terms below:

 

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME (LOCAL)

We aim to have all orders processed within 1-3 working days.

However, should there be any issues or concerns regarding availability or item replacement, please expect some delays. Your Accounts Manager will be sure to contact you via email or telephone and let you know when you can expect your order to be ready.

Payment needs to be done once you have received the final invoice for your order or upon collection. Collection timing is Sunday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 Dubai Time.

 

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME (INTERNATIONAL)

For orders from outside of the UAE, the order processing is within 4-5 working days per order depending on its volume. Your Accounts Manager will contact you should there be any issues or concerns regarding the availability of items, replacement, or delays.

We kindly request to communicate with your Accounts Manager for any additional documents needed for shipping while the order is still in the packing stage. This is to give them time to prepare and add the necessary information needed in the shipping documents.

Should you require an attested Certificate of Origin along with the Final Invoice and Packing List, we can assist you with the application process and you will be charged a fee from the Dubai Chamber of Commerce.

Payment needs to be done once you have received the final invoice for your order. Shipments will not be instructed for dispatch unless the payment is completed and received. Collection timing is Sunday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 Dubai Time.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Wolfi's Sport Trading, we want our dealers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you have any issues with your order, please contact your Accounts Manager within 14 days of receiving your shipment.

 

Returns:

  • All returns must be authorized by your Accounts Manager before they are shipped back to us.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and new, unused condition.
  • A restocking fee may be applied for returns that are not due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the dealer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • We will process the return and issue a refund once we receive the returned item.

Exchanges:

  • All exchanges must be authorized by your Accounts Manager before they are shipped back to us.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and new, unused condition.
  • The dealer is responsible for shipping costs for the exchange.
  • If the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.
  • We will process the exchange and ship out the replacement item once we receive the original item.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact your Accounts Manager within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
  • We will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
  • We may require photos or other documentation of the defect or damage to process the return or exchange.
  • Please fill out this WARRANTY FORM with all the details required.

 

Please note that some items may be non-returnable or non-exchangeable due to their nature or manufacturer's policy. We will indicate any such items on our website or in our product descriptions.
